In accordance with the Treasury Laws Amendment (2021 Measures No. 1) Act 2021 (Cth), the AGM will be held virtually.

Notice is hereby given that an Annual General Meeting (AGM) of VIP Gloves Limited will be held as a virtual meeting at 12noon (AEDT) / 9am (Kuala Lumpur time) on Monday 7th December 2020. In accordance with subsection 5(1)(f) of the Corporations (Coronavirus Economic Response) Determination (No.1) 2020 made by the Commonwealth Treasurer on 5 May 2000, the Company will not be dispatching physical copies of the Notice. Instead the Notice of Meeting and accompanying explanatory statement (Meeting Materials) are being made available to shareholders electronically.
